Once you are registered with us, we will look for suitable accommodation that meets your needs.
We have a wide range of rental properties in various price categories throughout South Limburg.
This is how it works:
- You register (for free) so that we know what your requirements are and what you are looking for;
- We need your income data for the purposes of our screening;
- We will contact you to discuss the options and schedule an appointment to view suitable housing;
- Once we have found a suitable house, we prepare the lease and we schedule the handing over of the key and the initial inspection together with you.
If you would like to be taken into consideration for a house, we will require the following documents from you:
For private individuals:
- Your two most recent payslips;
- A valid identity document;
- If required, a statement from your employer.
For self-employed entrepreneurs:
- An extract from the chamber of commerce that is not older than three months;
- A recent original income tax return;
- A valid identity document of the authorized signatory.
